All three of the I believe essays made me think about inspiration. They all talk about what got them to where they are and how they plan to inspire people. I plan to be a teacher in my future so after reading I found myself relating to Joseph Laycock. He said that he is a teacher willing to fight and that he knows his job is not easy. Laycocks attitude towards his students is how every teachers attitude should be. Teachers do not always get to teach what they want, sometimes they need to teach by what the class struggles with. Kids who struggle have to work even harder if they want to have a good life. In the case of this essay Laycock helps his students read and his goal is to get them to graduate. By Laycock being an inspiration teacher he will turn many peoples life around and make them realize the importance of life. Like the other essay, Micheal Oatman turned his life around after he discovered that their is good in him. He realized how lucky he was compared to some of his friends. Many people who make bad decisions in life can still have a second chance and change their life around. From reading all three of these essays I realized that I can't wait to be a teacher and change children's lives.
